Master Machine Appoints Eric Crosland as President to Lead Next Phase of Strategic Growth
Experienced manufacturing executive brings deep operational expertise to strengthen Master Machine's role as a trusted strategic supply chain partner serving the nuclear industry and other critical infrastructure sectors.

Eric Crosland, Master Machine President
Master Machine, a Fusion Enterprises company and leading provider of advanced machining, fabrication, engineering, and manufacturing solutions, today announced the appointment of Eric Crosland as President.
Crosland succeeds Warren Brandon, who served as President of Master Machine for the past 12 years and will now serve as Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth for Fusion Enterprises. Following an extensive executive search conducted in close collaboration with Brandon, Crosland emerged as the clear choice to lead the company into its next chapter.
As demand for nuclear energy continues to grow, so does the need for highly capable manufacturing partners that can deliver precision, quality, and technical excellence. This leadership transition reflects Master Machine's continued investment in leadership, operational excellence, and advanced manufacturing capabilities that strengthen its position as a trusted strategic supply chain partner to the nuclear industry.
Master Machine specializes in complex, high-mix, machining and fabrication for highly regulated industries where quality, precision, and technical expertise are mission critical. Identifying a leader with the operational discipline, technical credibility, commercial judgment, and cultural alignment to lead that business was central to the executive search.
Crosland joins Master Machine from Komatsu, where he most recently served as General Manager of the company's Chattanooga manufacturing operation, overseeing one of North America's largest construction equipment manufacturing facilities. Throughout his career, he has led complex manufacturing, machining, fabrication, assembly, procurement, and supply chain organizations while driving operational excellence, strengthening customer performance, and developing high-performing teams.
Prior to that role, Crosland served as Vice President of Daiki Corporation, a Komatsu joint venture, where he successfully transformed manufacturing performance through Lean leadership, disciplined execution, and strategic investment in both people and capital. Earlier in his career, he led Komatsu's global strategic sourcing and procurement organization, providing a unique perspective across both manufacturing operations and the global supply chain.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Industrial Management, Crosland also holds Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certifications through APICS. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Chattanooga Regional Manufacturers Association, where he chairs the Workforce Development Committee, reflecting his commitment to strengthening the future manufacturing workforce.
"We are entering an exciting new chapter for both our company and the nuclear industry," said Mark Maybee, CEO of Fusion Enterprises. "I want to thank Warren for his leadership over the past 12 years and for building such a strong foundation for Master Machine. As he assumes his new role as Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth, his impact on our business will only continue to grow.
"Eric is the right leader, at the right time, for the right next chapter. He inherits a strong team, a strong customer base, and a strong future, and I have complete confidence in his ability to lead Master Machine forward. We chose Eric because he embodies the values that define our organization: championing customer success, serving first and leading always, winning together, relentlessly pursuing excellence, and practicing blameless accountability.
"Fusion Enterprises exists to serve and strengthen the nuclear industry, with a vision to provide for and protect our world. Master Machine is central to that mission, and Eric leading the business into its next chapter, we are better positioned than ever to deliver for our customers and the future of nuclear energy."
Brandon expressed his confidence in the leadership transition and the future of the organization. "Leading Master Machine over the past 12 years has been one of the greatest privileges of my career," Brandon said. "Our success has always been driven by exceptional people, trusted customer relationships, and an unwavering commitment to quality. I have every confidence in Eric's ability to lead this organization. Master Machine has never been stronger, and I look forward to supporting Eric and the team as we continue building on that momentum."
Crosland said he is honored to join the organization at such a pivotal time.
"Master Machine has earned an outstanding reputation for solving some of the industry's most complex manufacturing challenges," Crosland said. "I am honored to join this exceptional team and grateful for the opportunity to build upon the strong foundation already in place. Together, we will continue investing in our people, advancing our manufacturing capabilities, and delivering the operational excellence our customers depend on as we help strengthen the nuclear industry's supply chain."
As President, Crosland will oversee Master Machine's strategic direction, operations, and continued growth while advancing the company's commitment to manufacturing excellence, workforce development, customer success, and innovation.
