Position: Mechanical Modeler/Drafter

Compensation Depending on Skills and Experience

• $28.00-33.00 per hour

Preferred Background

• 2 years performing 3D CAD modeling and final drawing creation for assemblies, fabrications, and individual components, or

• Associates of Applied Science Degree in CAD Technology, or

• Certificate/Diploma from a 1-2 year trade school Cad Technology Program

 

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate/Expert proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.

• Good understanding of traditional tolerancing and GD&T.

• Familiarity with AWS weld symbols.

 

The employee must meet the physical demands of the job including but not limited to: frequent sitting, stooping, standing, and walking; occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Works under limited supervision.
